service gives you account
information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from a touch-tone phone.

- How do I get started?
- The first time you call Eureka by
Phone at 1-866-725-5413,
you will use your social security number and the number of the account you’re
inquiring about. You will be asked to select your own PIN (Personal
Identification Number) for each account for future access.

- Business customers will use their federal tax ID number to set up access.

- How to identify your account number for Eureka by
Phone:

- 1) Checking Accounts: The standard check has a series of numbers on
the bottom of the check. These numbers are set in three groups, which are
separated by special symbols and spaces.
- The first group of numbers is the Eureka Bank routing number 243073616, the
third group of numbers is usually the check number and should match the number
printed in the top right corner. The middle group of numbers is the
account number. The account number will consist of 10 digits and begin with
"01".

- 2) Savings Accounts:
Your savings account number will consist of three
parts; the first two will be the branch number (which is "01"), the
second two numbers indicate the account type (which is "00" for
passbook savings accounts), and the remaining numbers are the actual account
number printed on your passbook.

- 3) CDs and IRAs: Your CD or IRA account number will consist of the
branch number ("01"), the account type (is the first two digits on
your actual certificate of deposit) determined by the term of the CD or IRA) and
the actual number of the CD or IRA.

- Option 2 – To
transfer money between accounts
- Press 1 to transfer from your checking account
- Press 2 to transfer money from your savings account
- Press * to return to the previous menu

information
- Press 1 for Deposit rates
- Press 2 for Loan rates

- Press 1 for Checking & Savings Rates
- Press 2 for CD & IRA Rates
